Purpose and legal basis
To answer your request, send you an automatic confirmation of receipt and, if you wish, prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures at your request). No separate consent is required: the checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice.
Mandatory and optional data
Name, email and message are needed to reply to you; company, phone and service are optional. Without the required data we cannot handle the request. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
Recipients
Data is processed by Frigosuntec staff and passes through the email and hosting servers of Aruba S.p.A., our service provider. It is not sold to third parties or used for marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to frigosuntec@gmail.com, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
